Who we are and why this exists
An independent software company in Newberg, Oregon.
We’re Cloudmanic Labs, founded and run by Spicer Matthews. We’ve been building software for more than twenty years.
We make Harbor, a private notes app, and Feasible, website analytics on one page. We built both because we needed them ourselves.
We also make Skyclerk and Options Cafe.
How we make money
Feasible costs $9.99 a month or $99 a year. That’s how we make money. No ads. No investors. No data sales. We don’t share your data or train on it.
The software is cheap to run, so the price is cheap too.
Work directly with our team
When you contact support, you talk to the team that builds Feasible. There’s no phone tree, account manager, or sales quota.
There’s also no 24-hour phone line, SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certificate, or third-party penetration test. If your company requires one, Feasible isn’t a fit. See what we do have.
Support runs on Pacific time. Most email gets an answer in a day or two. Here’s how support works.
We’re here for the long run
We’ve been in business for more than twenty years. We’ve never shut down a product and left customers hanging. We’ve never raised prices on existing customers, either. When our prices change, yours stays put.
We plan to keep showing up, improving the software, and looking after the people who count on it.
If we ever fall short of that promise, Feasible is open source. You can run the same product yourself. Your data is yours, too: you can export every raw event as CSV, even after you stop paying.
The name
The domain is a joke about analytics bills. Here’s the story.
