Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your own billing portal. Four clicks, no phone call.
Go to Billing, open the customer portal, and cancel there. It’s the standard payment-provider portal, which also handles card updates, invoices and switching between monthly and yearly.
There’s no notice period, no minimum term, no “are you sure” maze, and nobody will call you to ask what went wrong. If you want to tell us, we’d like to know - but it isn’t a step you have to get past.
What happens next:
Your access runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Canceling on the 3rd doesn’t cut you off on the 3rd.
After that, the standard timetable starts - the same one a lapsed trial follows. Day 30 the dashboard locks and collection keeps running. Day 60 collection stops. Day 90 the data is deleted. Nine warning emails before that last one.
Export your data first. One ZIP, ten roll-up CSVs plus the raw events, and it works in every account state - but do it while you’re thinking about it rather than on day 89.
Coming back re-activates everything if you pay before day 90. After that it’s a new account.
On refunds: yearly is refunded pro rata within 30 days of purchase, on request, no form. Monthly isn’t - canceling stops the next charge and there’s at most a month at stake. The longer version.
Switching plans instead of leaving? Monthly to yearly prorates immediately. Yearly to monthly takes effect at renewal. Both from the same portal.
