Do you give refunds?
Yearly plans: yes, pro rata, within 30 days of purchase. Just ask.
No form, no retention flow, no three-email sequence trying to talk you out of it. Email us and we’ll refund the unused part.
Monthly plans aren’t refunded. Canceling stops the next charge, and there’s at most a month at stake - $9.99. We’d rather be straight about that than write a policy with an exception nobody can find.
Why the split: a year is a real commitment and it’s fair to be able to change your mind about it. A month is a month.
Two practical notes.
You don’t need a refund to stop paying. Cancel from your billing portal and the next charge doesn’t happen. Your access runs out the period you’ve already paid for.
Take your data on the way out. The export is a ZIP with ten roll-up CSVs and the raw events in it, and it works in every account state - including a canceled or locked one. That’s deliberate. Leaving shouldn’t require our cooperation.
Some transactions are handled through a merchant of record rather than by us directly. If yours was, you can also request the refund through their support, and either route reaches the same place. Whichever is easier.
And if the reason you’re asking is that Feasible didn’t do something you needed - tell us what it was. We’re a small company, we read everything, and half the help pages here exist because somebody wrote in.
