How do I invite someone to my team?
Three steps, and it costs nothing.
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Click Invite, enter their email, and pick a role.
- Send it.
They get an email with a link. If they already have a Feasible account it joins their existing login; if they don’t, they’ll be walked through creating one. Either way the flow is the same and you don’t have to know which it’ll be.
Team members are unlimited on every plan. Invite the whole company. There’s no per-seat price here and no tier where you run out - that’s a deliberate product promise, not an oversight.
Three things worth knowing:
Invitations expire in 48 hours. If somebody’s slow, revoke it and send another. There’s a revoke button next to every pending invite.
You can’t invite an owner. Ownership moves through its own transfer workflow so an account can’t change hands in an email nobody meant to accept.
For one site only, use a guest role. A client, a contractor or a freelancer gets the site they’re working on and no evidence that the others exist. Same invite flow, from the site’s own sharing settings.
If they only need to look at numbers and never sign in - a client, a board, a Slack channel - you might not want a member at all. A shared link does that: a tokenized URL, optionally password-protected, optionally pinned to a segment so they see one campaign and can’t widen it. Revoke it whenever.
Doing this at scale? The API creates invitations too, and returns the same shape whether or not the address already has an account.
